Silicone Rubber For Textile TCS-1310H

Features & Usage:
TCS-1300H is an additional liquid silicone rubber with two components. It showed up good characteristics, such as excellent weatherability, dimensional stability, high transparency, avirulent environmental protection, high-adhesive strength, heatproof temperature exceeds 250C. It is widely used in printing of textile.

Usage:
1.Mixture: Mix up silicone TCS-1300H with curing agent according ratio 10:1. (If curing agent increased, the curing speed will get slower). Mixture can complete by hand or by equipment.
2.Defoaming: Silicone mixture should be defoaming before printing on textile, the silicone volume will enlarge 1-5 times in vacuum. Please prepare 5times large vessel for defoaming. The mixtures will recover after a few minutes when stop defoaming, The defoaming has completed if no bulb comes out.
3.Moulding: The mixture will inject into mould use squeegee or dispensing process, then heating forming.

Package, storage & Notes:
  1. Silicone package: 20KG/pail.   Curing gent: 2KG/tin
  2. Keep it dry, ventilative and cool. To prevent the rain, sun exposure.
  3. Avoid mixing curing agent of condensation silicone. Below also can influent curing effect, such as amine, sulfur compounds, phosphorus compound & melt salt. Avoiding moisture intrusion in using.
  4. The products storage period about 1 year. Its fluidity can be recovered when intense agitation. We advised stir the silicone first then stir the silicone & curing agent mixture second. Expired products also can be used if passed re-inspection.

PROCESSER :

1.1300H / 1140T silicone mold pressure: curing agent mixed and stirred evenly at a ratio of 10:1(8 % in proportion to silica gel if the desired color is added)
After mixing evenly, fill the mold, clean the surface with a scraper, remove the vacuum, press the machine to spread the cloth, put the mold upside down on the cloth, and form it directly after press by the machine(the machine temperature is generally adjusted to 180-230 degrees, and the setting time is 20 seconds.
