tcs-1520 is two component, milk white appearance, cured at high temperature (100~250°C).Characterized by smooth feeling, matt effect dust proof , well Covering power and adhesive power .
Application Ratio:
Feeling agent(ink): 100g
Mixer(catalyst): 10g
Using Method:
1. Pick out appropriate ink into a cleaning barrel, mixed with catalyst thoroughly
2. Thoroughly mixed for three to five times with thinner (Toluene, White Gas or Dimethylbenzene ).
3. About 5-10min mixing
4. Filtrating with 100 mesh filter screen for twice before spraying.
5. Max 12hours working time for mixed ink.
6. Keeping 22°C working temperature
Baking method:
A.Oven:Baking at 180°C for 20 minutes.
B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200°C for 7 minutes

Attentions:
1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.
2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation
3. Washing with soap once skin contact.
Storage:
Stored at room temperature for 12 months with any mixing.

Every batch of products had corresponding production numbers, once there will be a complain, we could response and check it immediately. Every piece and bottle are checked by our QC. Definitely speaking, once complain comes out, we handle like these:
1). We request you offer goods dispatch you receive, and other proofs, like goods picture etc;
2). Cfm receipt your goods dispatch, then will compare with our counter samples recorded from our production dept. FYI: we will mark every cartons in numbers.
3). Cfm the quality the same or not, then adv you reasons.
4). Offer complains solutions:
