Features & Usage:
TCR-5230 is temperature room curing condensed type liquid silicone rubber with two components. It showed up good characteristics, such as good fluidity, excellent tensile property, morderate fire resistance, low hardness and high elongation. It is applied to the production of brush mold handicaft industry.

Usage:
- Mix up silicone TCR-5230 with curing agent according ratio 4%. (If curing agent increased, the curing speed will get slower).In a short time must be used up . Mix up silicone rubber TCR-5230 with curing agent according ratio 100:4
2.Put curing agent to the silica gel and intensive mixing ,then put it in vacuum box for 3-5 minutes pumping and can be defoam moulding after giving off bubble of gas.
3. Ambient tenmpreture and humidity is closely related to curing speed of this product. The higher the
temperature, the greater the humidity, the faster the curing speed.Acooringing to the weathrt,user could
choose and adjust the amout of curing agent for a suitable curing speed.
Package, storage & Notes:
- Silicone package: 25KG/pail.Curing agent: 1L/tin
- Keep it dry, ventilative and cool. To prevent the rain, sun exposure.
- The product storage period about 6 months under 24ºC in original unopened packages.
- Its fluidity can be recovered when intense agitation. Expired products also can be used if passed re-inspection.
- This products is a non-dangerous goods.

Using instructions:
1. Pls clear the model and tool totally before operation to prevent cure inhibition.
2. Weigh the two part correctly by electronic weight in two separate container .
3. Mixing the two part in 100:3 and stir part A and part B evenly in 2-3 minutes .
4. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping for de-air the bubble in around 2-3 minutes . (If there is no vacuum machine, pls pour the mixture carefully and slowly down the side of the mold frame so that less bubbles caused)
5. Enclose the product (the original model) with four plastic plates or wooden plates.
6. Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent(detergent or soap water) on your product.
7. Pour the vacuumed mixture into the model frame from the side of the mold frame .
